SpokeChoice has the ability to upload data to FOCUS. In order to do this, you must specify your FOCUS login and password in the Company Options.

If you choose to, or are prompted, to change your FOCUS password you must also update your FOCUS login & password saved on SpokeChoice.

Navigate to Back Office Icon

Choose Company Options

Input your new FOCUS password in the 'FOCUS password field

Choose Save Company in the upper right hand corner.
