Sometimes someone might add an additional Guardian without checking to see if they are already in the database.

Because events (such as signatures) might be attached to both records they can not be deleted. instead you can opt to deactivate the duplicate Guardian record(s).

Go to People Manager-People.

Find the Guardian that is duplicated.

Uncheck the Active check box and save the profile.
