When billing to insurance or medicaid all clients must have a proper ICD10 diagnosis code on their profile.

To add a diagnosis code go to people manager-people,select your client and select the button Edit Client Fields

Once open you will see 6 possible diagnosis boxes under the medical information group. Here you will enter the full ICD10 diagnosis code. Enter the Period if there is one. For those outputs where the period is not accepted SpokeChoice will remove them.
