You can view Clocked in users that have either clocked in with AutoVisit or by utilizing the center clock in. It is helpful to both know who is in visit as well as to clock them out if they forget or something happens that prevents them clock out themselves.

Navigate to People Manager-Current ClockIns

You can see that Demo is currently clocked in with Bob Canary. If you would like to clock this individual out, hit the green icon in the commands window.

Once you click on this icon you will see this dialog appear.

To clock out a provider using time, click the manual clock out. You will then be presented with the date and time of clock out that is necessary.

Select the time and date and hit ok. Then hit the Clock-out green button to clock out this user.

You can also delete a clock out. By hitting the red icon this will permanently delete this visit.
