As you might be aware this is an AHCCCS requirement that you monthly check and have proof for auditors that it was run. It is not enough to just say “XYZ” company ran it for you. Without the proof that the OIG.GOV site was checked you have a potential issue. Spokechoice saves the image of the government site to show a future auditor that a employee was not found in the exclusions database. This allows you to rest easy that it was checked and have the proof necessary to show an OIG auditor.
