Added Relationship Reference to the Client Assignments for reference to know the provider's relationship with the client. This is only for reference and is only displayed in the People 411 dialog. Please note that the Billing Family Member for Modifier field is still used when generating billing.

This relationship will be displayed when viewing a client or provider as shown below:

Added back ability to delete a visit that has already been synced to Sandata. This will mark the visit on Sandata as do-not-bill which will allow a new visit to overlap deleted visit.

Note: Prior to this release, it was recommended to mark a visit as Written-Off however this did not work.
